Expand Our Assistant Team in Mullsjö

We need to expand our assistant team for our client, an 18-year-old girl living in her own apartment in Mullsjö. Are you a calm, social woman who is passionate about working with people? If so, this assignment will suit you perfectly!

About the Position

Our client has a significant need for support and assistance with all her personal care, including help with tube feeding, medications, and sometimes care of a more medical nature. The assignment requires constant attention and the ability to interpret and read signals to see changes in the client’s well-being. Household chores and home maintenance are also part of the job responsibilities.

Your workplace is wherever our client is, which means assisting in school, at home, or during other activities. The client enjoys crafting, reading books, listening to music, or spending time with her family and friends. It is appreciated if you are creatively inclined and can come up with your own suggestions and ideas for activities.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a good heart who is confident in themselves. You should be social, cheerful, flexible, and quick to learn. Previous experience or knowledge of the profession or other equivalent care work is preferred. The client does not have a spoken language, so you need to be attentive to read bodily signals. Double assistance may occur, but you must also be comfortable working independently.

To work well together, you need to have good judgment. To be considered for the position, you must be smoke-free, understand, and communicate freely in Swedish. A driver's license and access to a car are desirable unless you live in Mullsjö. You should also not be allergic to chlorine as swimming may occur.
