A wonderful man in his 40s living in Nässjö is now looking for dedicated and reliable personal assistants to join his team. About the Position

Our client requires personal assistance around the clock. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of his daily life, where safety, respect, and interaction are at the core.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Personal care
• Household chores
• Participating in and facilitating activities such as sports

• Empathetic, calm, and stable
• Responsive and responsible
• Positive and cooperative
• Confident in themselves and has life experience

You have a genuine interest in working with people and understand the value of going the extra mile in everyday life. You take initiative when the situation calls for it and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the workgroup.

It is advantageous, but not required, if you have:

• Educational background in pedagogy or healthcare
• Experience in personal assistance or similar work

The most important factor is your personal suitability and ability to create a safe and respectful relationship with both the client and colleagues.

Requirements:

• You are smoke-free
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license and experience with cars
