AB OmsorgsCompagniet in the Nordics has been established since 2003. We are currently located in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Örebro, and Trollhättan. OmsorgsCompagniet in the Nordics consists of personal assistance, respite care, escorting, housing support, and supported housing.

We are now looking for on-call staff for our client in Vaggeryd. The client needs assistance with care and daily routines. Working hours vary throughout the day and start immediately. It is advantageous if you have previous experience in personal assistance, but the most important factor is the chemistry with the client. More information about the client will be provided during the interview.

To provide the best assistance to our clients, we believe you should be attentive and have a good understanding of what a good approach means for our clients. You should be passionate about helping others, doing your utmost to ensure the client receives the help they need. You should be responsible and humble, confident in yourself, and proficient in the Swedish language. Our clients have different needs, but all require support in their daily lives.
