JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The school social team's efforts should lead to increased school attendance and that students have greater opportunities to succeed in school. The workplace is Sävsjö municipality's primary schools. The school social team will work operationally close to students, school staff, student health, social services, guardians, and other actors. Based on the specific needs of the student, collaboration with other actors is a central part of the work.

The team will, for example:

• offer psychosocial support in various forms, motivational conversations, provide opportunities for social training, and support in creating structure in daily life.
• support and guide guardians.
• be advisory in planning individualized teaching.
• work operationally in the school unit.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in Social Work or a similar qualification.
