Personal Assistant – 96% Awake Night (Temporary Position)

Location: Habo

Our client is a cheerful and social 20-year-old girl who lives with her family in Habo. We are now looking for a responsible and caring personal assistant for our assistant group for a temporary position at 96% – awake night.

About the Position

As a personal assistant, your workplace is where the client is – primarily at home. The client has extensive care needs and requires assistance around the clock due to a condition that necessitates continuous respiratory monitoring.

In the role of night assistant, you will be responsible for:

• monitoring breathing throughout the night
• noticing and reminding about breathing in case of deviations
• monitoring the diaphragm pacemaker used at night

The job requires high presence, attention, and a sense of responsibility, as you will be working awake at night.

About the Client

The client enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going out, and swimming. Music is a significant interest – she plays piano in a band every week. You will become an important part of her daily life and security.

Who Are You?

Working as a personal assistant is both meaningful and responsible. We are looking for someone who:

• is calm, secure, and has good personal maturity
• has a good sense of humor and a positive attitude
• can remain calm even in stressful situations
• is flexible and attentive to the client’s needs

Experience in personal assistance or other caregiving work is advantageous but not a requirement. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and matching between you, the client, and her family.

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Non-smoker
• No pet allergies (a dog is present in the home)
