Do you want to help develop and shape an educational business in close collaboration with us?

As a childminder, you will welcome a small group of children into your home and create your own business from scratch, while having our secure platform behind you. You will plan activities and outings, create inspiring learning environments, and adapt daily life to the children's needs. It is a responsible and meaningful job that contributes to close relationships with both children and guardians – and a working method where you really have time to see each child.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is engaged, secure, and responsible
• Has experience working with children or another relevant background
• Agrees that childcare plays a crucial role in society, and that we as educators make a difference
• Has a respectful approach towards children, guardians, and colleagues
• Has a home suitable for childcare
