Do you want to work practically with new technology in labeling and marking? In addition to standard and custom labels and boxes, we provide solutions for label printing. This includes both physical label printers and software solutions for companies across Sweden. We are now expanding our service organization and looking for a service technician for label solutions.

About the role

As a service technician at Boxes & Labels, you ensure our solutions at the customer’s site. You are responsible for installation, service, and troubleshooting of label printers and inline solutions, and you assist with our software solutions for label printing.

The work is varied: you alternate between planned service assignments and quick urgent interventions, train and support users, and act as a technical advisor in the sales of new label solutions. You also contribute to developing processes and working methods in the service organization.

You spend a lot of time at our customers, and travel within Sweden is a natural part of the job. At the same time, being present at the headquarters in Olsfors (just outside Borås) is important for collaboration with sales and other colleagues.

Your profile

The role suits a person with a genuine technical interest and a desire to understand how things really work. Experience in service, installation, or technical support is a good foundation, and you thrive when the work involves both fine mechanics, electronics, and troubleshooting. It feels natural for you to sometimes think outside the box, solve problems on-site, and take responsibility for your assignments.

A structured approach to work and the ability to build trust are valuable in meetings with customers. You find it easy to explain how the equipment works in a simple way and enjoy when collaboration with colleagues contributes to smoother processes. Experience with PLC, soldering, system connections, or cloud services is a plus, but most importantly is the commitment to develop further with us.
