Your role as an advisor in security protection

As a junior advisor with us, you will work broadly within security and operational protection and have the opportunity to gradually grow into more advanced tasks. You contribute to our clients strengthening their ability to protect their assets, people, and information against various types of threats.

You will work on assignments together with colleagues in our security protection unit and often collaborate with experts in adjacent areas such as total defense, crisis preparedness, information security, and cybersecurity. With us, different competencies are combined to create real benefits for the client.

You can work on a variety of assignments such as conducting security protection analyses and developing security protection plans or providing advice in areas such as personnel security and information security. In the role, you can also conduct and support security clearance interviews and provide advice and support to clients in their operational protection efforts. You may also contribute to the development of security organizations and working methods or provide training and exercises in various parts of security protection. Finally, quality assurance and further development of methods and routines may be part of your tasks.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who has a strong interest in working with security protection, operational protection, preparedness, or related areas. Your background may be from public service, the defense sector, or the private sector - what matters is your commitment and interest in contributing to a safer society. An academic degree in, for example, security, civil protection, political science, behavioral science, IT, engineering, or a similar field is advantageous. We value your skills and experience regardless of how you have acquired them. You express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing.

You have a basic understanding of how security work is conducted in practice and enjoy solving complex challenges together with others. We welcome you if you have worked with, studied, or otherwise gained experience in risk and vulnerability analyses, security clearances, preparedness planning, or have been involved in training in the security field.

We place great importance on your personal qualities. To thrive in the role, we are looking for someone who is curious, engaged, responsible, and enjoys variety and learning new things. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy building relationships.

We primarily seek employees in Stockholm, but we have offices in several locations around the country and are open to other placement locations in Mälardalen. Our clients are located throughout Sweden, which means that travel may occur in the position.

As the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you must undergo and be approved in a security clearance with a background check.
