• Work with continuous and active non-financial risk management by handling operational, sustainability, strategic, and regulatory risks.

• Contribute to relevant governance and internal control structure where you will focus on processes & controls.

• Be involved in developing risk management within Swedish Banking in accordance with the strategic direction and the needs of the business.

• Develop and implement new routines and processes within risk management.

• Grow within risk management and become the group's expert in additional risk areas.

• Grow and have the chance to work for a better everyday life for many of our colleagues in customer-facing units.

• Collaborate with many colleagues across large parts of the bank.

• Relevant academic education.

• Experience working with non-financial risks, preferably from Big 4 consulting firms or financial institutions.

• Good knowledge of regulations regarding Process & Control within financial institutions.

• Strong self-drive and initiative, be a team player, and have an easy time collaborating, striving for the team's success as much as your own.

• High structural and pedagogical ability.

• Analytical ability to interpret data and draw conclusions.

• Results-oriented and ability to professionally present results.

• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
