Assignment Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a team for the regional service platform for the operation of integrations in the new platform. The assignment will be carried out in Lund and can, by agreement, be performed remotely.

Region Skåne uses several components to enable information exchange between internal systems and external parties. To ensure stable operation, high availability, and controlled further development, ongoing integration management is required.

The assignment involves the operation of internal and national integrations. Incident management of the integration platform as well as investigation and reporting of progress in the case management system. Deployment and monitoring of deployed integrations.

The assignment is carried out in close collaboration with service managers, development teams, and external suppliers. Integration management is based on ITIL4 and follows the practices outlined below:

The assignment includes ensuring that services are delivered according to agreed SLA levels. Identify changes that improve the application in terms of optimization and performance. Monitor and proactively manage integration flows. Prevent and address incidents that do not require code changes. Participate in problem management activities to identify change and improvement measures for any disruptions. Deploy applications and integrations in the production environment and ensure that they are secure, stable, and do not jeopardize the operations of Region Skåne.

Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of applications and information by identifying threat scenarios, minimizing security risks, and maintaining information security guidelines.

Competence Requirements

The team needs to have good competence and experience in integration management as well as experience in FRENDS development and the Kubernetes platform.

• Good knowledge of Windows Server environments
• Experience in .NET development and writing web services
• Experience in C# development
• Good knowledge of XPath, XSLT, XML Schema, and MS SQL Server
• Experience in testing procedures, particularly in creating automated tests
• Experience in working with agile methods
• Experience in project work
