Job Description

We are looking for a senior system developer on behalf of our client.

A number of larger national quality registers, currently six, managed within the framework of RC-Syd's operations need to be maintained, managed, and further developed. The system, known as Pharos, runs on Windows. A change of server environment may be relevant.

The system developers are responsible for and own error handling as well as further development of all code layers. This is specified and executed together with RC-Syd or by the developers themselves, but always in close collaboration with RC-Syd. It is expected that the developers are proactive in these matters when the situation requires it. This applies to operating systems, integrations, and the system's own code. This may involve certificates and API communication with INERA and similar services in the environment. It is common to have version changes of integrations that other organizations and authorities control and that the system needs to relate to.

The developers will need to familiarize themselves with existing code and be able to support, maintain, manage, and further develop both frontend and backend. The work also includes conducting tests before new versions and providing advice and support on design choices and architectural issues.

The system has many users in healthcare who log in daily and register new personal data. This places high demands on the system to function as flawlessly as possible and to be accessible and user-friendly for end-users to the greatest extent possible. When errors occur, troubleshooting and repair are carried out with great integrity by the developer, sometimes together with RC-Syd.

Scope and Location

The estimated scope is 960 hours per year, equivalent to about 80 hours per month, with some flexibility. Region Skåne wishes to allocate funds to a time bank each month, the same amount each month, which is then used for maintenance, management, and further development.

The work will take place at the developer's own workplace, but the travel time to Lund should not exceed 90 minutes.

Mandatory Qualifications

The combined competence of the senior system developers must be clearly stated in the application and include at least:

• Good knowledge of full-stack development
• Good knowledge of Kendo UI for jQuery
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and JSON
• Good knowledge of C#
• Good knowledge of ASP.NET
• Good knowledge of IIS (Internet Information Services)
• Good knowledge of certificate management
• Good knowledge of MS SQL development
• Good knowledge of integrations with SITHS and/or BankID
• Fluent Swedish in spoken and listening comprehension as well as good ability to read and write Swedish

Desirable Qualifications

What exists should be stated in the application:

• Crystal Reports
• Experience with integrations with INERA
• Experience with Region Skåne and its operations
• Experience working with patient data
• Experience with similar systems
