In our unit, we are responsible for the digital healthcare services. Within the resident services team, we work with digital solutions that are aimed directly at our residents. We manage and further develop solutions that improve the resident's experience of the digital patient journey, such as the services on 1177, advice via phone, web, chat, and video meetings, mobile solutions for check-in and payment, as well as solutions for remote monitoring and home care.

The area is in strong growth, and we now want to strengthen our team with an additional driven colleague who wants to be part of the journey ahead!

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a system manager, you will play a central role in developing and managing the digital services that residents encounter in their contact with healthcare. This involves both working on new features and improvements as well as ensuring stable operation, security, and high availability in existing services.

Your role includes, among other things:

• working together with the service manager in the organization to develop and implement the services
• coordinating and driving activities in the management plan and initiating new ones as needed
• participating in regional working groups where your expertise as a system manager is needed
• developing and further developing functionality in collaboration with healthcare operations, communication, IT, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• ensuring lifecycle management of the technical environment together with the operations supplier
• planning and coordinating your applications based on the frameworks IT Service Management and ITIL4
• being responsible for budget, follow-up, and forecasting for the applications
• managing supplier contacts and contracts for the applications

An important part of the assignment is also to monitor the external environment and keep yourself updated on news within digital healthcare services and digital user interfaces, so that the services develop in line with residents' needs and expectations.

The role continuously evolves and is a core function in our management. As a new system manager, you will receive thorough onboarding and support from experienced colleagues who will help you settle into both the working methods and our services. We work from our offices at Medicon Village in Lund, although some remote work has become a natural part of our everyday life.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a relevant university or college education in IT or systems science, or other education that we consider equivalent. We see it as a strong merit if you have experience in service innovation and developing the digital meeting between residents and the organization. Furthermore, we want you to have experience in system management. If you have experience in change management and project management, this is considered a merit. Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are a requirement.

As a person, you have a strong sense of service and enjoy working together with other system managers in the unit. You are responsible, structured, and self-driven. Furthermore, you find it easy to build good relationships and listen to and understand the needs of different stakeholders. You have the ability to bring these perspectives together in a way that creates engagement and a sense of community.
