The Digitalization Department is located in the municipal office. We work closely together and collectively support the operations, while each has their own area of expertise. The current position is within Helpdesk, where you will be three people who together are responsible for support, with assistance from other colleagues. The position is mainly on-site, but there is an opportunity for remote work on special occasions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your tasks mainly consist of handling, resolving, and documenting cases via our Helpdesk. You will be part of a group that works closely with these cases. You will work with all of the municipality's operations.
Your main tasks consist of supporting computers, mobile phones, peripherals, and related software. You will work with installation, delivery, troubleshooting, and other problem-solving. We are constantly working on improvements and would like you to be a part of this process.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for the position, a university degree or vocational training that the employer deems relevant for the position is required. If you are trained as an IT technician or have similar education, it is an advantage.
If you have previous experience as an IT technician or have worked with IT support/helpdesk or equivalent, it is an advantage.
We expect you to have good knowledge of the Microsoft client environment, primarily Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, as well as iOS and Android.
You need to be able to handle many tasks simultaneously and be able to explain things easily to those who contact you. You need to be self-driven and meticulous with your documentation of incoming cases. Strong social skills are highly valued as you will have a lot of contact with the municipality's employees.
Since communication is a large part of the work, you need to be able to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
As part of the work takes place in the municipality's operations, you need to have a B driver's license.
