At Fellowmind, we have been working with license management for a long time, but it is an area that has grown significantly in the past year! We are now building a dedicated License Desk that helps our customers get the right licenses at the right level – with control, simplicity, and business value. As a Microsoft Licensing Specialist, you will be the expert in our CSP delivery and the one who makes complex licensing issues understandable in everyday life.
Fellowmind is a leading Microsoft partner in Europe with a clear focus on the whole – both business and technology.
As a certified Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), we help customers consolidate license management, consulting, and support under one roof, with one point of contact, one invoice, and portal overview of licenses and costs.
Your tasks – what you drive and deliver
- Ensure correct and appropriate licensing within Microsoft CSP
- (Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365)
- Work operationally with license management in Fellowmind License Portal and Microsoft Partner Center – orders, changes, follow-ups, and data quality – as a basis for correct invoicing and consulting.
- Conduct license reviews and cost optimizations and produce clear license reports as decision support for customers, sales, and Managed Services.
- Advise customers, salespeople, and project managers on license types, sizing, NCE terms, and policies, with a clear link to business goals and compliance.
- Monitor and interpret changes in Microsoft's regulations, pricing, and licensing terms (incl. NCE) and translate them into concrete recommendations and working methods.
- Identify and manage license-related risks – such as compliance, incorrect licensing, or lack of documentation – before they become business problems.
- Participate in developing working methods, processes, and automation within License Desk to create quality, scalability, and clarity over time.
- Support sales in quote and contract processes through correct license modeling and clear license scenarios.
- Document how the licensing setup is intended to work, including the choices made and any limitations.
We believe you have
- Experience with Microsoft CSP and practical license management in a partner or larger customer environment.
- Good understanding of licensing models within Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with working in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Entra ID, and related tools.
- Ability to interpret Microsoft's product terms, licensing rules, and commercial terms (NCE).
- Ability to communicate licensing logic clearly in Swedish and English, both to technical and business-oriented recipients.
As a person, we believe you:
- Thrive with responsibility, structure, and precision, but do not lose sight of the whole.
- Are self-driven and proactive, but collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, Managed Services, and delivery.
- Want to understand why licenses are used – not just how – and contribute to better decisions over time.
To you who make it through the eye of the needle in our recruitment process, we offer (in addition to a fantastic growth journey) what we would like to claim is:
The best workplace in the industry!
I know! Every company with an ounce of self-respect says the same thing; employees are the most important part of the business, we are a values-driven company, and so on… but is it really FOR REAL? I would like to claim it, and here is a bit about what is offered with us;
- A company where we have skipped as many written rules as possible. With us, we assume that everyone is an adult, with common sense and who makes smart decisions.
- A role where you are making a difference! For real! Every day!
- A humble team that genuinely shares their knowledge and cares about you flourishing with us.
- We do not forget to create balance in life, and we help each other just like a really good team should, which makes us the antithesis of overtime, performance-based salaries, and sharp elbows.
- Very high flexibility regarding working hours and workplace.
- A good benefits package including a wellness allowance maximized to what the Tax Agency allows to avoid being taxed as a benefit, the possibility of health checks, and a lot of fun activities, feel free to check out our Instagram to understand what we mean!
The practicalities
Start: As soon as possible, but we understand that you may have a notice period that needs to be considered.
Scope: Full-time, office hours, but we are very flexible here and assume it should work for all parties.
Location: At one of our offices in Malmö, Helsingborg, Gothenburg, Jönköping, or Stockholm.
