We are looking for a driven Project Manager for construction to the esteemed GC group in Landskrona – join us in building the future!

GC group, a well-renowned company in Landskrona, is facing an exciting expansion within the construction business. We are looking for someone who wants to take on a responsible role as Project Manager for construction and drive the business from start to final delivery. About the role:

As Project Manager for construction, you are responsible for the entirety of the construction projects, which vary in size from 2 to 80 million SEK and where you lead 8–15 skilled workers. You report directly to the CEO, and your role is crucial to ensure:

• Financial results – Profit against budget and good liquidity in the projects.
• High quality in installation and delivery.
• Good working environment (including OSA) and low sick leave.
• Satisfied clients leading to long-term customer relationships and new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Personnel Responsibility

• Lead and distribute work for skilled workers within construction.
• Personnel responsibility including employee dialogues, onboarding, staffing, and development.
• Responsible for the work environment in collaboration with BAS-P/BAS-U.

Operational Project Management

• Establish and follow up project timelines, delivery schedules, and staffing plans.
• Lead daily operations, ensure an efficient production flow and installation methods in line with budget.
• Deviation management (ÄTA), ordering and purchasing of materials and services.

Economy and Follow-up

• Conduct monthly project reconciliations.
• Responsible for cost control, forecasting, and handling supplier invoices.
• Contribute to upselling within the project.

Qualifications

• Electrical knowledge from construction and good computer skills are required, as well as a driver's license (a company car is included in the role).
• Experience in personnel management - secure and clear leadership.
• Strong customer focus and experience of taking responsibility towards clients.
