Do you want to be the hub of E.ON's Identity & Access Management team and ensure that the right people have the right permissions in the right systems at the right time? A role where you get to work with support, control, and development of our processes.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As an IAM Coordinator, you will be a key player in the team responsible for user permissions, security, and compliance in our systems. You will work with case management, support, projects, and continuous improvements, becoming an important part of E.ON's work with information security.

You will participate in management meetings with stakeholders, conduct compliance checks, and contribute to projects where service enabling is a central part.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

  • Manage Service Requests, Incidents, and Tasks in our case management systems.
  • Ensure that E.ON's information is handled according to applicable laws, requirements, and policies.
  • Participate in management meetings with stakeholders.
  • Conduct compliance checks according to plan and permission concepts.
  • Contribute to projects with responsibility for service enabling.
  • Continuously work on improvements in processes and workflows.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has experience with case management systems.
  • Has experience with projects and documentation.
  • Is comfortable with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently.

It is a merit if you have

  • Experience in IAM, system administration, or IT security.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other business systems.
  • Previous experience in service enabling in projects.

Other

  • Location: Malmö (mix of office and remote)
  • Extent: Full-time
  • You will be employed by Academic Work on a consulting assignment until December 31, 2026.
