A major player in the grocery retail sector is undergoing a comprehensive development of its logistics network. As a project manager, you will play a key role in a sub-project focused on incoming flows, where new warehouse setups and regional changes place high demands on planning, coordination, and optimization.

You will lead a cross-functional team with representatives from product flow (Fresh and Fruits & Vegetables), inbound transport, warehouse operations, assortment & purchasing, and the logistics purchasing function. The role also involves supporting and relieving the program manager with project management-related tasks at the program level.

• Develop new inbound delivery plans for affected product areas and warehouse points
• Optimize transport, warehouse management, and capacity
• Ensure product supply and service level
• Analyze and influence inventory days
• Drive supplier dialogues, including price negotiations and adjustments to business models as needed
• Implement flow optimization related to a consolidation terminal transitioning to internal management
• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team through planning, follow-up, and delivery assurance
• Support the program manager with coordination and documentation at the program level

• Documented experience in project management
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Experience from logistics or supply chain assignments
• Experience with complex flow changes
• Familiarity with cross-functional management
• Experience in supplier dialogues and negotiations
