ABOUT THE POSITION

Bjerking is an employee-owned engineering consulting company with a strong focus on development, sustainability, and collaboration. The company is established in Stockholm, Luleå, and Gothenburg and offers over 70 services in community building. Bjerking delivers expertise in everything from architecture and construction to project management and environmental analysis, with the goal of creating sustainable and modern community solutions. In Life Science, they support companies with specialized services such as validation, process design, and quality assurance.

Bjerking Life Science currently consists of about 20 employees working in Stockholm and Uppsala. They are now looking for another Life Science Engineer, primarily based in Stockholm, but also with the possibility of Uppsala. The Life Science industry is growing, and Bjerking has many exciting projects – both ongoing and upcoming. At the same time, it is important for them to choose assignments that fit you and your skills. You will be part of a team consisting of about six consultants and a team leader. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

As a Life Science Engineer, you will work as a consultant for Bjerking. The projects usually last about a year, where you work with one client at a time. Your workday varies, but the focus is on developing risk analyses, specifications, validation plans, test protocols, and reports for FAT, SAT, and IQ/OQ/PQ. The work often takes place in projects with tight deadlines and a fast pace, but is also characterized by strong teamwork and collaboration.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has about 2 years of experience in Life Science, preferably as a validation engineer and/or process engineer
Has a good understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
Has experience in process optimization and process improvement
Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have experience in process design and validation management.
