At AVL List Nordiska, we are at the forefront of Instrumentation & Test Systems in the Nordic market. We are a team of 30 people in Gothenburg and Stockholm – and now we need a Service Engineer for our team in Södertälje. With us, you will have a role that combines technology, problem-solving, and customer contact, while also having great opportunities to develop in an international environment.

Your Responsibilities

As a Service Engineer with us, you will be the person our customers trust when the technology needs to work. You create customer satisfaction by delivering high quality, keeping your promises, and being the one who always has everything under control. In your daily work, you switch between different assignments, prioritize smartly, and tackle your work independently with great freedom under responsibility.

You will also work closely with your team – both internally and at the customer’s site. In many assignments, teamwork is crucial for success, while you are also expected to take responsibility for your own tasks when the situation requires it. Therefore, you need to enjoy switching between close teamwork and independent work.

You approach each assignment well-prepared and become an important part of driving our improvement processes forward, focusing on both quality and efficiency. The role allows you to really get to know our customers' systems, equipment, processes, and safety requirements – while also developing technically in an environment where new technology is a natural part of the job.

Additionally, the role may give you the chance to travel outside of Sweden as some assignments are international – perfect for you who enjoy variety and want to see more of the world through your work.

Excellent social skills and a positive approach
Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Experience and/or knowledge in automation, programming, and PLC
Experience in mechanics and/or electronics
A curiosity to learn our systems and solutions – previous experience with AVL products is a plus
A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel
