The Opportunity

AI & Data is a rapidly growing and prioritized area within EY Technology Consulting. We are now looking for a senior consultant with practical experience in generative AI and who has worked in Data Engineering & Architecture or Data Science. You will be involved in shaping the future AI & Data solutions for some of the market's most exciting players – focusing on quality, innovation, and business value.

Responsibilities

As a senior consultant in AI & Data, you will:

• Work in project roles as a developer, architect, advisor, or project manager.
• Participate in assignments where we help clients implement AI strategies in practice, despite challenges such as data quality and skills shortages.
• Develop EY's offerings and solutions in AI & Data through internal business development.
• Collaborate with colleagues nationally and globally to create value and spread best practices.

Skills and Attributes for Success

We are looking for someone who has:

• 3–7 years of work experience in AI & Data
• Practical experience in generative AI
• A master's degree with good academic credentials or equivalent
• Previous experience in the consulting industry

It is a plus if you have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Data Engineering & Architecture
• Design and implementation of data storage including data modeling.
• Implementation of integrations and data flows with high quality.
• Architecture of efficient, scalable, and secure environments for data storage, data flows, and data supply.
• Examples of platforms and tools: Microsoft Azure (including ADF, PowerApps, ADX, Synapse, Power BI), Snowflake, Databricks, Python, Spark, DBT, AWS, GCP, Alteryx, Informatica.

• Data Science
• Advanced analytics, machine learning, MLOps, and deep learning (including generative AI) in Python, R, Apache Spark, Microsoft Azure.
• Implementation of solutions such as OCR, NLP, chatbots.
• Data processing using tools like Alteryx, SAS, Microsoft.
• Visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, D3, SAP.
