We are looking for a production engineer with a focus on mechanics and electrical assembly for an operation that works with low-volume manufacturing of complex products. The role is close to production and combines technical support in daily operations with long-term improvement and methodology work.

• Perform preparation work and production readiness
• Manage deviations and drive actions together with relevant parties
• Provide manufacturing support and technical assistance in the assembly flow
• Drive and follow up improvement work in production and assembly
• Develop and update assembly instructions
• Develop methods and working practices for efficient and quality-assured assembly
• Work with change management related to product and process
• Participate in the purchase of equipment related to production and assembly

• At least 3-6 years of experience as a production engineer in mechanics and/or electrical assembly
• Experience working in environments with complex products and/or low-volume manufacturing
• Experience in preparation, deviation management, and manufacturing support
• Experience in developing and updating assembly instructions
• Experience in improvement work, method development, and change management
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Experience in purchasing or specifying production equipment
