As a property manager at SBC, you will be responsible for a number of housing cooperatives. The position involves managing customer contact, technical management, and property development for your cooperatives. You will have close contact with all individuals involved in the customer team and will have ordering responsibility for suppliers and subcontractors in the assignments.

You will spend a significant amount of time with customers, building relationships and conducting inspections, planned maintenance, and proactive work.

We are looking for someone who can easily prioritize and maintain structure even during intensive periods and has a strong technical competence for properties.

You create a clear structure and work proactively through your administrative skills combined with your technical knowledge. You enjoy collaborating and working in teams, like development, while customer satisfaction is very important to you.

Furthermore, you will participate in our business development and quality work through your improvement suggestions.

• At least 5 years of experience as a property manager with customer responsibility for housing cooperatives

• Good technical competence

• Driving license B

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

• You are structured and have the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively while setting and adhering to your deadlines.

• You are proactive, enjoy initiating activities, and achieving good results.

• You will have a lot of contact both internally and externally, so it is important that you are communicative, accustomed to many contact surfaces, calm, and accommodating in your approach.

• You are problem-solving and work systematically with a "to-do spirit." In your daily work, you remain calm even in pressured situations and enjoy working independently.

• Experience with warranty issues or new construction

• Knowledge of contract law focusing on ABT06, BasP, and BasU

• Experience managing larger customer contracts
