Welcome to develop with us. We in the Vendelsö Preschool Area are looking for short-term substitutes with Early Childhood Education qualifications for our seven preschools: Alen, Gladan, Gudö, Piren, Skeppet, Talgoxen, and Vendelsö Gård.

We are looking for both active early childhood educators and retirees with qualifications who want to work a little extra now and then.

Your mission

Your role includes working for Haninge municipality's operational idea, where the focus is on project-based methods and making children's learning visible through pedagogical documentation.

As an early childhood educator in Haninge, you will work for the best interests of all children and, when necessary, move to where you are most needed. Activities take place both indoors and outdoors.

Examples of tasks:

• Promote a good learning environment and take care of materials
• Follow established routines and structures
• Allow space for spontaneously arising activities and interests, everyday activities and routines in preschool, and contribute to making them part of the education
• Take responsibility for good care and functioning routines
• Collaborate with children and colleagues

What we are looking for in you

• Early Childhood Education qualifications
• Interest in engaging with children in a learning organization
• Easy to collaborate and have a good attitude
• Since we have many children and educators in preschool, you need to have the ability to cooperate and be attentive.
• Interested and curious about exploratory work, learning, and development together with children and educators.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
