Söderholm School is a school and workplace with heart! We are a municipal primary school located in Vårberg, beautifully situated just a stone's throw from the shores of Lake Mälaren and within walking distance to Vårberg's center.

The school is safe and pleasant, with about 360 students from preschool class to grade 6 and 65 staff members. The school's organization is based on annual work teams in grades F-3 with integrated leisure activities, grades 4-6 ab, and practical-aesthetic teachers are gathered in their respective work teams. The school has an open leisure program for students in grades 4-6.

The staff in all of the school's activities show great commitment and skill, seeing opportunities and contributing to the school's positive development. The overall competence of the school is very high. The unique composition of students contributes to a high level of satisfaction among both students and staff. Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a teacher for grade 1 for a temporary position starting immediately and lasting until the end of the term, with the possibility of extension.

As a teacher in grade 1, you will teach all subjects and be a mentor for your students. Each class also has leisure staff who follow the class during school hours and then accompany them during leisure time.

As a teacher at Söderholm School, your main responsibilities are to plan, teach, assess, and evaluate the instruction. You analyze the instruction to ensure that all students have the conditions to achieve the best possible results. You shape the instruction so that all students meet the knowledge requirements. You maintain a clear and trustworthy leadership throughout the school day, providing students with security, study peace, and participation. You collaborate closely with colleagues. You develop your profession through collegial learning and based on the school's educational initiatives and current research.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a certified teacher.
