Do you have ideas for the future and are you driven by challenges? In Haninge, you will develop alongside supportive colleagues who want to make a difference today. Right now, one of the most ambitious transformation efforts in our municipality's history is underway. We are building a new city, about 20 minutes from Söder. Join us on our journey.
Welcome to develop with us
Haninge municipality is at the forefront.
In 2023, we were one of the first municipalities to establish a first and second line social services, a step in our adaptation to the future social services and the new social services act. In our operations, we meet children who need coordinated and extensive interventions preceded by applications and investigations. Our work is based on a target group focus in which we investigate and coordinate interventions based on evidence and knowledge-based methods in collaboration with other societal actors.
The operations consist of four units: a children's unit, a youth unit, a unit for interventions and special functions, and a unit for foster care and contact activities. There are three groups within child investigations, two groups within youth, and one intervention group, as well as intensive investigations, foster care/contact activities, family treatment/parent support, and administrative tasks and other support functions. Each unit is led by a unit manager, and the operations as a whole are managed by an area manager. We work family-oriented and team-based according to the target groups.
We who work here are knowledgeable and engaged in our work and care for each other and strive to maintain a good atmosphere in the groups. We want our work to be characterized by consensus, quality, and legal certainty, and we believe it is important to develop in our work.
We are now looking for a social worker for the group that works with youth at risk of criminality who wants to be challenged and be part of our exciting development.

The group, Youth at Risk of Criminality, has existed since 2019, and the caseworkers have good experience in social work and with the target group. The work requires adaptability as both work methods and approaches develop in line with new laws and regulations or new research being released.

- You have the ability to limit your assignment and work calmly and methodically when others around you are stressed.
We are looking for someone who can see the opportunities in complex social work, is easy to collaborate with, flexible, curious, and has the child's best interests at heart. It is also important that you enjoy developing the work together with colleagues and the manager.
We see it as natural that you are responsible, have integrity, and value quality.
This is what we can offer you
A developing job that engages and challenges you, together with knowledgeable colleagues and experienced managers.
