We are now looking for a self-driven and committed technical project manager who wants to take a central role in the business and contribute to MAF Pump's continued growth. We value diversity and welcome applicants with different backgrounds and experiences.

As a technical project manager, you will work from the head office in Mölndal and be responsible for driving technical water projects from quotation to delivery. The role involves close collaboration with the sales organization, where you contribute with technical expertise, calculations, and project responsibility for incoming business. Your task will be to be a cohesive link between customers, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring that projects are carried out according to set goals, timelines, and customer requirements.

• Prepare technical calculations and create and present quotations
• Plan, drive, and follow up on technical projects
• Be responsible for order management throughout the process, from order to delivery
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers and suppliers and build long-term relationships
• Support technical salespeople with advice and expertise
• Prepare and lead project meetings internally and externally
• Collaborate with internal functions to ensure effective project deliveries

We are looking for someone with experience in technical project management and who is used to working systematically with multiple parallel projects. You should have experience in sales or business-related projects, preferably within water, wastewater treatment plants, or industrial pump solutions.

You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and are comfortable with daily communication with international suppliers. If you are an experienced computer user and have a knack for systems, this will be an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a requirement, and experience with Visma and Lime CRM is a merit. A driver's license is also required.

You thrive in a coordinating role where you collaborate with many different contacts and can easily adapt to different situations. You work confidently independently but enjoy working with others and handle changes in a professional and flexible manner.
