Job responsibilities

As a building engineer at Apex, you are responsible for driving and managing projects throughout the entire process. The projects span the entire spectrum from renovation to new construction and vary in size and complexity. You work in all phases, from early advisory and investigation stages to sharp production documents in the construction documentation phase. Apex values a broad knowledge base where employees are encouraged to take responsibility and develop in their roles. You will have a role where technical expertise and problem-solving are central, and where you contribute to creating efficient and sustainable solutions in the projects.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Master's degree in building construction.

  • At least 3 years of experience as a building engineer.

  • Good knowledge of drawing tools such as AutoCAD and Revit.

  • Good understanding of building codes and regulations.

  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
