About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced wheel loader operator for a leading environmental company in Stockholm. The assignment starts immediately, and you will become part of a tight-knit team with a strong work ethic and great atmosphere.

You will work with handling recycling materials, sorting, and loading with a wheel loader in a business that is at the forefront of the circular economy. Our client is a family-owned business in its third generation, combining experience with innovation – here you will have the opportunity to make a real difference.

Responsibilities

• Handling and sorting of recycling materials using a wheel loader
• Loading and unloading of containers and other transport units
• Inspection of incoming materials – quality, labeling, and storage
• Maintenance and daily supervision of machinery
• Contribute to the improvement of working methods and safety routines

Scope & Conditions

• Working Hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday, 07:00-16:00
• Work Location: Stockholm
• Start Date: Immediately
• Other: Collective agreement applies

Who are you?

You are an independent and responsible person who thrives in physically demanding and machine-related work. You have good teamwork skills, are solution-oriented, and have an eye for order and safety. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and have a positive attitude towards developing in your role.

Requirements

• Experience working with wheel loaders in industry, recycling, or logistics
• Valid wheel loader operator certificate (C2)
• Proficient in using a computer as a work tool
• Good Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written

Meritorious Qualifications (Not required)

• Experience with telehandlers (C7)
• Previous work in the environmental or recycling sector
