We are now looking for an operational leader who wants to combine project management with business and personnel responsibility.

The company is a small, stable family-owned business within the ROT sector (Repair, Optimization, and Transformation) with long-term customer relationships with municipalities, regions, private property owners, and individuals. Our client drives both large and small projects and always focuses on service, quality, and long-term sustainability. The organization consists of approximately ten people and is in a development phase.

As an operational leader, you will have a key role in keeping the daily operations together while simultaneously developing the business forward. You will:

• Drive and follow up on projects from start to finish
• Support and develop project managers and employees
• Ensure order, structure, and financial follow-up
• Nurture and develop customer relationships
• Contribute to business development and secure new assignments
• Work closely with owners and management on strategic issues

The role is broad and suits you if you thrive in a combination of operational work and leadership. You will be a central and important person in the company's continued development.

Who we are looking for

We believe you have:

• Experience in construction and project management
• Ability to organize, structure, and create order
• Leadership experience
• Good understanding of economics and follow-up
• Preferably experience from both the contractor and client side
• Advantageous: BAS-P/BAS-U certification

As a person, you are secure, communicative, and unpretentious. You can be clear when necessary, but also receptive and supportive. You enjoy responsibility and want to be part of building something long-term.
