About the Role

As an IT Security Specialist, you will be part of our IT security team within IT operations. You will work with monitoring and analysis of security incidents, incident management, vulnerability assessments, technical risk assessments, and the development of internal processes. You will also assist other IT teams and our Security Champions with security issues. You will have close contact with operations, infrastructure, development, and legal, which gives you a valuable overall understanding. Here, you will grow in your role and take responsibility early, as you learn more.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career, perhaps a recent graduate or with a few years of experience in IT or security, who has a curiosity for cybersecurity. You have an education in IT, computer science, or cybersecurity. It is a plus if you have familiarized yourself with areas such as vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, log and event analysis, or cloud security.

But above all, we are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in technology, someone who enjoys diving deep, learning new things, and applying knowledge in practice. It is a plus if you have a bit of a nerdy streak and are driven by development. Your potential is more important than how much you know from the start.

Your Application

We work competency-based and use psychological tests in the selection process to ensure a fair and accurate recruitment. A cover letter is not required, but please attach your CV and answer the questions in the application – your answers to the selection questions are an important part of our assessment and are reviewed carefully.

After an initial selection, candidates will be invited to tests, and those who best match the role will then be called for the first interview. We conduct background checks on the final candidate, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
