Job Description
Do you want to work at the heart of a bank's payment business and help develop some of their most important customer products? We are now looking for an experienced Agile Product Owner for an exciting assignment with a client in International Payment Products.
About the assignment
Payments & Accounts has the overall responsibility for the bank's business in cards, payments, accounts, cash management, and trade finance. The products are central to customers' daily lives – a large part of their interaction with the bank occurs through these solutions. Therefore, it is crucial that the client continuously offers attractive, smooth, and secure services.
Within International Payment Products, the client is responsible for strategy, development, and management of the bank's international payment products, both in Sweden and in foreign units. The work includes, among other things:
- Cross-border payments
- SEPA payments
- The complaint tool Support Tool
The group currently consists of 9 colleagues in roles such as Agile Product Owners (APO), Product Managers (PM), and Product Specialists.
You will belong to one of the cross-functional teams within the payment train IPAY, where the focus is on the development and management of cross-border payments.
Your role
As an Agile Product Owner (APO):
- You drive development, product issues, and functionality within the area of International Payments
- You are responsible for clarifying and communicating business requirements to the team
- You ensure that the team works with the right priorities and activities
- You lead the team together with the Team Coach
- You collaborate closely with other APOs, Product Managers, and Product Specialists to optimize the entire IPAY train's delivery
You have a central role in creating structure, direction, and value in the delivery – both in the short and long term.
Competence requirements
- Have several years of experience as an Agile Product Owner or Product Manager (requirement)
- Have good knowledge of International Payments
- Have an agile mindset and are a confident leader
- Have good technical understanding and can translate business requirements to development teams
- Quickly familiarize yourself with new systems, business needs, and technical issues
- Express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English
Experience from the payment industry is an advantage.
