We are now looking for an IT Support Technician who wants to help provide our customers with a top-class support experience, assisting with IT issues, printing solutions, and conference technology.
As an IT Support Technician, you will be an important part of our support team and the first point of contact for our customers. You will work in a varied role, handling incoming issues, planning installations, and supporting technicians.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and resolving incoming issues.
- Providing phone support and remote support.
- Planning and booking installations with customers.
- Ordering parts and consumables.
- Escalating more complex issues to our technical specialists.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least one year of full-time experience in IT support – or a post-secondary education in IT combined with practical experience from working part-time in a support role during studies.
- Has experience with ITIL-based working methods in IT support.
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Has experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, TOPdesk, or Zendesk.
As a person, you are service-oriented, responsible, and thrive in a role where you can collaborate, prioritize, and drive things forward.

Location: Årstadal, Stockholm
Employment Type: Full-time 37.5h workweek
Working Hours: 8 – 16:40 Monday – Thursday, 8 – 16:00 Friday
