We are looking for experienced System Engineers for a long-term assignment within defense and marine technology. You will be part of a technically strong team working on the development, further development, and verification of advanced naval combat systems in a security-classified environment.

The role involves a holistic perspective at the system level and close collaboration with development teams, testing organizations, and other technical specialists.

• Break down, analyze, and manage system requirements
• Develop system and design descriptions
• Contribute to technical coordination and overall system architecture
• Plan and execute verification and validation at the system level
• Verify installed equipment onboard ships
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams as well as other technical functions

• 3–7 years of relevant experience as a System Engineer or in a similar role within complex technical systems
• Experience with requirements work in complex systems
• Experience in system design and development of system descriptions
• Practical experience in verification and testing at the system level
• Experience in software development
• Experience in technical leadership and/or technical coordination
• Experience from marine systems and/or the defense industry
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted)

• Experience working onboard ships or with verification of installed ship equipment
