At Persgatan 134, we offer security and care for our residents in a modern nursing home with a total of 90 apartments, of which 54 are focused on dementia care. The residence is centrally located in Norrköping, making it easy to get here.

We are now looking for a new employee for one of our departments that is not focused on dementia.

Your responsibilities

As a nursing assistant with us, you play a central role in our residents' daily lives. Your work includes providing support and assistance in personal care, activities, and training.

You will also work with documentation and follow-up, as well as be responsible for delegated tasks, such as medication management. In this role, you are expected to contribute with a rehabilitative approach that strengthens the residents' independence.

Together with your colleagues, you will take responsibility for developing the operations and ensuring that both residents' and the organization's needs are met. The work also includes maintaining residents' apartments and common areas, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has experience in care and support, preferably in elderly care. You ideally have experience working with delegation, Senior Alert, or a rehabilitative approach.

You have a positive attitude and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively. We also see that you are flexible and open to applying new working methods that can improve the operations.

You are calm, secure, and solution-oriented, with the ability to meet people with warmth and respect.

We place great importance on personal suitability and are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a meaningful daily life for our residents and a good working environment for colleagues.

It is important that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
