Attendo is now looking for several nursing assistants for our care home Hagalund located in Linköping. The residence consists of 44 apartments, of which 4 are couple apartments, distributed across four departments, and is situated in a residential area with plenty of green spaces and walking paths nearby. Three departments have a somatic focus, and one department is for individuals with dementia.

There are four vacant positions available, ranging from 75% to 100%. Please indicate in your application what you are interested in.

About the role

As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a significant part of your role, as well as contributing to various activities that brighten the everyday life of our customers.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
• If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Perform documentation and work according to decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

Meritorious:

• Experience in elderly care
• Experience with delegation.

About the recruitment process
