Attendo is now looking for several hourly substitutes for our nursing homes Hagalund and Brushanen located in Linköping.

We are looking for both nursing assistants and caregivers who can work days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

About the role

When you work with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a significant part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that brighten the everyday life of our customers.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the individual needs and wishes of the customer
• If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

Meritorious:

• Experience from care work in elderly care
• Experience of delegation.

About the recruitment process

You will be asked to answer a selection of questions in connection with your application, based on which we can match your application against the specific needs of each operation. Candidates who match the operational requirements profile will be invited to an interview with the operational manager.

If you are called for an interview, you need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit. Before any potential employment, an extract from the criminal record along with valid photo identification must be presented.
