Attendo is now looking for several temporary workers for our care homes Hagalund and Brushanen located in Linköping.

We are looking for both nursing assistants and caregivers who can work days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

About the role

When you work with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a big part of your role, as well as contributing to various activities that brighten the everyday life of our customers.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
• If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

Meritorious:

• Experience in care work in elderly care
• Experience of delegation.
