Attendo Slomarp is a nursing home focused on dementia located just outside central Mjölby. Slomarp is situated in a pleasant environment close to Skogssjön and lovely green areas. Slomarp nursing home consists of 92 apartments, of which 86 are residential places and 6 are short-term places. The operation also includes the day activity Treklövern.

Our goal is to create a calm, pleasant environment for our customers and a positive stimulating work environment for our employees.

Job Description

• Permanent position 75-100 %
• Working hours daytime Mon-Fri, off on public holidays
• Start date is 17/3 or by agreement
• Driver's license preferred

We are looking for a licensed nurse who has professional experience and an interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating care staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated by working with your colleagues to create high-quality care for those living with us.

In our homes, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for residents, but you are also the one making assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more healthcare interventions at a specialized level are taking place in the home. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks.
