Attendo is now looking for several nursing assistants for our care home Hagalund located in Linköping. The facility consists of 44 apartments, of which 4 are couple apartments distributed across four departments, situated in a residential area with plenty of green spaces and walking paths nearby. Three departments focus on somatic care, and one department is for individuals with dementia.

There are four vacant positions available at 75%-100%. Please indicate in your application what you are interested in.

About the role

As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a significant part of your role, as well as contributing to various activities that brighten the daily lives of our customers.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
• If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

Meritorious:

• Experience in care work in elderly care
• Experience in delegation.
