We provide care and service to our clients through assistance decisions. Based on the client's needs, we ensure to collaboratively design a safe service tailored to their needs and wishes. We actively work with case management and to meet the needs and routines of our clients. In the best possible way, we prioritize small workgroups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and systematically work with quality assurance in our operations – we can always improve.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with individuals, respecting our clients, and providing the absolute best service is very important. Requirements for the position are that you can work independently, but also in a team as the work may sometimes require two employees. It is important that you handle the Swedish language in both speech and writing and have phone skills to read digital schedules and instructions. It may occur that our clients have pets, so you also need to have experience with animals and no allergies.

If you are a nursing assistant or care assistant, hold a B driver's license, and master the Swedish language in speech and writing, you will have priority for a fixed-term employment with us.
