Jasteko AB is now looking for a Sales Manager for the Coffee & Restaurant Equipment business area in Western Sweden.

This is a role for you who has a great interest and long experience in sales towards restaurants and hotels, is used to working independently, and wants a clear business responsibility.

The Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving sales of coffee and restaurant equipment towards HoReCa in Western Sweden. We have a wide range of leading brands in restaurant equipment; be part of developing concepts and a complete solution for the customer. In coffee, we mainly work with our own brands.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and manage existing customer relationships within restaurants, hotels, and cafés
• Actively pursue new customers and business opportunities
• Have overall business and customer responsibility in the region
• Work structured towards clear goals and budgets
• Drive the entire sales process – from needs analysis and quotes to closing and follow-up
• Provide support and assist your colleagues with shared customers
• Be involved in the installation, startup, and development of new customers
• Work closely with suppliers and internal functions to create competitive comprehensive solutions
• Act as an important ambassador for Jasteko and our offering

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has many years of experience in successful B2B sales towards restaurants and hotels
• Preferably has held leading or responsible roles in sales
• Has documented good sales results
• Is business-driven, structured, and used to working towards clear goals
• Has high social competence and builds long-term customer relationships with ease
• Has good technical understanding and a solution-oriented approach
• Is located in Western Sweden, based in Gothenburg and surrounding areas
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and has good computer skills
• Holds a B driver's license

Strongly meritorious is experience in sales within:

• Coffee and coffee machines
• Restaurant and catering equipment
• Machines and technical solutions for HoReCa
