IT Specialist in Windows Client Solutions

About the Position

In the role of IT specialist, you will be responsible for the operation, management, and development of the client services used by the entire FMV. You will work both proactively to further develop and manage the services and reactively with incident management, orders, and other processes that ensure the systems function optimally. You will participate in the creation and follow-up of management plans, prepare documentation for procurements, and collaborate closely with the service manager to ensure effective and well-functioning information systems.

You will become part of an engaged organization where everyone takes responsibility for information systems, services, processes, and routines, and if necessary, you will also contribute to projects within the Infrastructure Department. The position is located in Stockholm, and travel may occur.

About You

We are looking for someone with a university degree or equivalent skills acquired in another way that we assess as comparable. You have several years of relevant and current experience in the operation and management of client solutions based on Windows, including MSI packaging, SCCM, GPO management, and the use of Powershell. You also need to have experience with Windows 11 and technical competence in image management and application packaging.

We prefer that you have experience working with ServiceNow or similar incident management tools, as well as experience with Active Directory. Additionally, knowledge of or experience with ITIL and information security work is an advantage. We also believe you will have a shorter startup time if you have experience implementing client solutions in enterprise environments.

You also need to have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
