Job Description

We are now looking for a Senior Application Specialist Microsoft 365 for our client located in central Stockholm. This is a consulting assignment via Randstad for approximately 6 months, after which it will transition into a permanent position with the client.

You are an Application Specialist within MS 365 who wants to play a key role in a digital unit. You will be part of an engaged team where we focus on collaboration and user benefit – with MS365 as the platform for the entire organization.

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the business and IT to drive projects from strategy to execution.
• Support user onboarding, training initiatives, and change management.
• Stay updated on Microsoft’s roadmap and industry best practices.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 4 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Has a good understanding of Microsoft’s security and compliance tools.
• Is experienced in working with Microsoft 365, PowerShell, and collaboration platforms such as Teams and Exchange Online.
• Has experience in developing and implementing solutions based on business needs.
• Is communicative and structured.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Specialist in Microsoft 365/Power Apps in various organizations.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, PowerShell, Microsoft Security & Compliance, and related infrastructure services.
• You have experience with system integrations and preferably certifications in Dynamics or Power Platform.
• You have experience analyzing needs and delivering solutions, configuration, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a Microsoft 365 specialist, you will:

• Lead the development and management of the M365 environment.
• Work with security solutions such as Microsoft 365 Defender.
• Automate and streamline processes using PowerShell, Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Ensure information protection and compliance with Microsoft Purview.
• Work closely with Azure specialists, Management Leaders, and other stakeholders to understand needs and requirements.
• Contribute technical expertise in areas such as application management.
• Ensure that solutions adhere to established standards and best practices.
• Lead technical initiatives, implementations, and strategic advisory.
• Support the support team as needed.
• Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively in both Swedish and English.

Preferred:

• Certifications in Microsoft.
• Experience with hybrid environments and cloud integration.
