We now have a new need and are therefore looking for a consulting colleague with the qualifications below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work with clients or internal projects and commitments.

Your profile (Must have requirements) • At least 4 years of experience

• At least 1 year of documented experience leading a team that has operated and developed IT systems.

• Several years of experience with OpenShift, SpringBoot, OracleSQL, as well as experience with Java21 and Angular19 Desirable • Experience mentoring and coaching junior developers in the team, as well as supporting the team's development of both technical skills and work processes.

• Documented ability to effectively structure and prioritize complex tasks and coordinate multiple parallel activities in development projects.

• Documented ability to communicate clearly and structured with both development teams and clients, as well as other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

• Documented ability to quickly analyze and solve complex technical or organizational problems within development projects, and prioritize solutions that provide the greatest benefit to the team and the client.

• Documented experience developing and integrating REST-based APIs
