Are you a service-oriented IT person who enjoys solving problems quickly, helping users, and being the one who makes things work? 🙌 We are now looking for an IT Support for a part-time assignment in a professional and fast-paced environment within financial services.
Here, you will be part of an engaged IT team where structure, collaboration, and high service level are in focus. You will work closely with the business and play an important role in both ongoing support and improvement work.
You will be part of an IT team of about 9–10 people, reporting to the Service Desk Lead and based at the office in Stockholm.
🔧 About the assignmentIn this role, you will work with both 1st and 2nd line support, both locally and remotely. Examples of tasks include:
User support (1st/2nd line) 🤝
Incident and case management in the ticketing system
Installation, troubleshooting, and support of hardware and software
Management of user accounts, permissions, and access 🔐
Support related to Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive)
Administration and support of mobile devices (iPhone/iPad) 📱
Management and support of client computers (e.g., Lenovo)
Support for meeting rooms, video conferencing, and Teams telephony 🎥
IT support during internal/external meetings and events
Documentation of procedures and guides
Onboarding and IT support for new employees
Contact with suppliers and some management of purchases/IT assets
Participation in smaller improvement and development initiatives
Experience in IT support / Service Desk or a similar role
Good knowledge of Windows client environments
Experience in user-facing support in Microsoft 365
Familiarity with case management and a structured working method
Experience in installation and support of computers/peripherals
Basic understanding of IT environments, user management, and security
Good communication skills in Swedish and English both spoken and written
Experience with MDM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune)
Basic SharePoint knowledge
Experience with conference room technology and video meeting solutions
Previous work in organizations with multiple offices/users
Relevant IT education or certification (ITIL/Microsoft)
You are service-minded, comfortable in dialogue with users, and enjoy solving problems in a structured way. You take responsibility, collaborate well, and contribute positive energy to the team ⚡
