Imagine standing in Ho Chi Minh City, searching for restaurants, and you see some stools outside a "hole in the wall" place. At the same time, a true Gothenburgian walks in the rain into the tobacco shop at Kungstorget to buy coarse loose snuff. Just as he enters the shop, a "Hello there" is heard.

For over ten years, there have been long queues at Magasinsgatan to serve Bao Buns & Thaicos. Here, you work in a fast-paced environment with larger volumes, while also engaging with guests on a casual level. Anyway. You love people, having fun, can cook, plan cool menus with "quotation marks", and serve incredibly flavorful food in stylish take-away boxes. That’s Jinx-style.

THE POSITION IN THE KITCHEN This is a creative role that places great emphasis on your ability to plan, structure, and execute. At the same time, you enjoy serving food from Asia. We are a small team, where working together and moving forward is key. Our main focus is the guests and their experience.

We believe you have a few years of experience in cooking, enjoy Asian cuisine or are open to learning, are responsible, and like to collaborate with your colleagues. 

You have

- The basics of kitchen work - Order and tidiness when you work, or as the French call it Mice-an-place - Relevant education or previous experience in the kitchen - HACCP training is a requirement - Masking tape and a marker pen with you

In the future, we see you growing into an operational role, leading your colleagues forward, ordering supplies, and writing schedules.

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. 100%. We work daytime on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday. Start date April 1st.
