The Social Administration is responsible for individual and family care, elderly care, and care for people with disabilities. We work preventively with support, interventions, and authority exercise for children, youth, families, adults, the elderly, and people with disabilities.

Welcome to our LSS group home in cozy Snättringe! Here, five fantastic users live whom we have the privilege to support in their daily lives. We who work here are a dedicated team passionate about creating good living conditions – around the clock, year-round.
We are now looking for three new employees who want to be part of our team. The positions are part-time 65-70%. Your tasks
As a support assistant, you work together with colleagues to provide our users with both pedagogical and practical support at home. Our users have multiple disabilities, extensive care needs, and use wheelchairs.
You will, among other things:
- Provide individually tailored support in daily life
- Perform care and tasks that occur in a home
- Accompany on activities outside the residence, such as:
- Swimming in a pool
- Evening dances
- Music events
- Museum visits
- Holiday trips with overnight stays
As a support assistant, you become an important person in a context with many partners – relatives, guardians, habilitation, daily activities, nurses, and rehab. Good collaboration skills and communication are therefore essential.
Working hours
You will work days, evenings, and every other weekend according to a schedule. Most shifts are scheduled for evenings when the users are home.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who wants to work carefully, structured, and with a big heart.
It is a requirement that you:
- Master Swedish fluently in speech and writing.
- Have computer skills and can document.
- Have relevant education, e.g., nursing assistant or childcare worker.
- Are responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented.
- Enjoy collaborating and contributing to a positive and stable team.
- Can handle a physically active job.
- Are a competent swimmer/have water familiarity. On some shifts, we swim with the user in a rehab pool.
It is an advantage if you:
- Have experience with the target group and care.
- Have knowledge of low-arousal approaches and can handle challenging situations.
- Work in a structured and pedagogical manner – our users need continuity and use AAC.
You will also be the contact person for one user and responsible for the administrative tasks that come with it.
