About the role and your tasks

With us, you have the opportunity to work in different roles. The fixed care contact is responsible for ensuring that a care plan is established and followed up for their users. The staff group is divided into smaller divisions, with 2-3 fixed care contacts who, together with a runner, are responsible for the work with the division's users. They may also visit other users.

We are also looking for those who want to work as a resource, which means you will also work within our four areas. The four areas include the home care areas of Rosen, Tuna/Thulehem, Östra torn, and Linero.

Your work is guided by the individuals' needs. A workday may consist of providing support and assistance with personal care, care work, medical interventions delegated by a nurse, and anything else that the person you support needs help with. Documentation is done in Lifecare. Your role also includes contributing to the development of the business and maintaining good quality.

We are now looking for nursing assistants for permanent positions or longer temporary positions. We offer everyone to work full-time, which means 36 hours and 20 minutes a week. Everyone works every other weekend. You will be scheduled either during the day or in the evening (no mixed schedules). If you work during the day, the working hours are from 07:00 to 15:00. For those who work evenings, the working hours are from 14:45 to 22:45. Which working hours and role suit you best?

We are looking for you who

• are a trained nursing assistant.
• experience in care work is an advantage.
• To work in home care, cycling experience is required, and in some areas, a driver's license.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required in both speech and writing.
• You also need to have good digital skills, for example, in connection with documentation.

You are responsible, committed, flexible, and attentive - with users, relatives, and colleagues. You understand how important it is for each individual to be involved and have influence over their everyday life.

About the workplace

The home care facilities of Östra torn are located at Mobilvägen 12. Here you will find a restaurant and access to a gym in our pleasant, modern premises. We work together under the same roof; nursing assistants, care assistants, managers, coordinators, planners, administrators, and health and medical staff. We have weekly meetings and training together in the team. It is easy to get here by bike, car, bus, or tram. The users are located in the nearby area, and we reach them by bike.

The home care in Lund Municipality is divided into several geographical areas. In each area, nursing assistants and care assistants work in teams with health and medical staff under the leadership of a unit manager. Each area has a unit administrator and coordinator.
