On the old herring island Klädesholmen outside Tjörn lies Salt & Sill, surrounded by Bohuslän's salty cliffs and skerries. We are Sweden's first floating hotel and one of the west coast's most appreciated archipelago destinations, with a hotel, conference facilities, and restaurant – right by the dock.

Our business has been run in its current form since the early 2000s and is characterized by a strong passion for food, people, and hospitality. The proximity to the sea and local ingredients permeates both our menus and guest experiences. We are a seasonal business with a high pace during parts of the year, where cooperation, responsibility, and commitment are crucial for the whole.

We are now looking for dishwashers to join our kitchen team for the summer season. The position primarily covers the period from April to September and can be both seasonal employment and/or extra as needed, with the possibility of extension. Working hours vary throughout the season and are scheduled on weekdays and weekends, during the day and evening.

As a dishwasher with us, you play a very important role in ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. You work in the background but are an obvious part of the whole – without your work, the operation stops. The role suits you if you enjoy practical work, appreciate structure, and contribute responsibility and positive energy to the team.

In this role, you are responsible for washing and cleaning kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery, and other kitchen equipment. You keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and functioning well, and ensure that dishwashers are used and maintained correctly. The job also involves following hygiene and safety procedures and assisting kitchen staff in daily tasks as needed.

We believe you are a reliable and meticulous person who takes responsibility for your tasks. Experience in dishwashing is an advantage but not a requirement – the most important thing is your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to contribute to the team. You can work independently in a fast-paced environment, are physically resilient, and enjoy practical work. Flexibility regarding working hours is important, as is the ability to collaborate with others. You can communicate in Swedish and/or English at work.

The employment primarily covers the period from April to September and can be seasonal employment and/or extra as needed. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays and weekends, during the day and evening. A B driver's license and access to a car are required for the position. The workplace is located on Klädesholmen, Tjörn.
