Södertörn University is an institution in Stockholm that educates, conducts research, and collaborates for sustainable societal development. Approximately 14,000 students study here in about 80 programs and over 300 courses. Education and research are conducted in the fields of humanities, social sciences, engineering, and natural sciences. The university also offers teacher education with an intercultural profile and police education. Much of the research focuses on issues related to the Baltic Sea and Eastern Europe. At Södertörn University, subjects, perspectives, people, and experiences are mixed. At Södertörn University, there is the basic police education for the Stockholm area. The police program is a commissioned education and consists of four semesters of full-time studies at the university, followed by a six-month trainee program at the Police Authority. The Department of Police Sciences currently has about 800 police students and approximately 120 staff members, both employed by the Police Authority and the university. The department also offers independent courses in police work and criminology.

We are now looking for staff for the department's administrative division. The tasks within the work team are varied and mainly consist of educational administration, but other tasks may also occur.

Employment

The position is permanent full-time with a start date to be agreed upon. A six-month probationary period may apply.
